This mixer was designed to blend bakery premix ingredients and dried spices. A sanitary paddle style agitator blends at 20% working capacity. A high-speed chopper with liquid spray manifold was provided to incorporate oil into flour. Electric controls were designed to move with the mixer anywhere within the production facility.
