This 100 cu. ft., heavy-duty sanitary batch mixer is designed to blend nutritional powdered drink mixes, at 70# per cu.ft. bulk density in 7,000# batches. Its additional hi-speed chopper blade consist of (6) knife stack blades for controlled, high shear mixing. Also included are bolted end plates, butterfly discharge valve, liquid spray manifold and dual hinged covers and safety grate.
