Anton Paar's Online Brix Monitor measures the Brix content of your products accurately, reliably and continuously. The Online Brix Monitor is for highly accurate online Brix measurement. It continuously determines the Brix valule of soft drinks, fruit juice and syrup. The °Brix concentration is determined by measuring the resonance frequency of a U-tube density meter. Depending on the density of the beverage, the frequency of the oscillation increases or decreases. High-precision time measurement of the period of oscillation is translated into accurate density results and thus °Brix concentration.
