Source: Sesotec

Kraft Foods, Deutschland GmbH of Bremen-Hemelingen in Germany, complies with all the requirements of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Metal detectors are central to the HACCP compliant operation for manufacturing cappuccino powder. Coffee and creamer powders are inspected in vacuum pipes. Metal detectors are employed at the goods inwards station to inspect the large bags of ingredients prior to mixing.
