Food Industry Needs Skilled Technicians

Lessard is a board member of a consortium that announced a new certification program for food industry technicians during Process Expo. He describes how the program, which covers both mechanical and electrical processes, will help prepare technicians for growth in an industry seeking more skilled employees to replace a growing number of veteran retirees.
