The Sani-Matic conveyorized, continuous tunnel washers are designed to clean product carriers such as pans, totes, pails, buckets, trays, barrels, and other items in large quantities. Each Sani-Matic tunnel washer is custom designed for a variety of items, capacities and specific applications. The basic design is provided with detergent and final rinse zones.

The Sani-Matic Tunnel Washer is the answer to cleaning large numbers of product containers. The high impact spray action cleans all surfaces of these items with greater consistency than is accomplished by manual cleaning procedures. The spray bar design ensures 360° coverage so all surfaces are exposed to wash solution and rinse water.

The conveyor transport though the washer provides continuous washing so the throughput quantities vastly surpass the number of items that may be cleaned manually. Washers can be designed for the degree of soil on the containers. A pre-rinse section may be provided for heavily soiled items and a recirculated rinse section mat be included if the throughput is expected to be especially fast. The basic washer design always includes the wash and a final fresh rinse section.

All systems can be designed and built to regulatory standards. Sani-Matic Tunnel Washers are delivered complete, tested and ready for installation.
