A leading multinational chain of coffee houses and roastery reserves approached Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials (FPM) to address the challenges faced when conveying their green and roasted coffee beans to a new roaster. The existing roasting room was severely congested and required an upgrade to accommodate the growing coffee demands in the UK and Europe. The client was under strict time constraints due to the strain on their already congested system. Schenck Process FPM proposed a few solutions and ultimately designed and developed product modifications on time and on budget to meet the customer's requirements.
