Because channel widths, depths and solids loading vary from application to application, Hycor has a choice of channel screens… all automatic, and designed to help improve production processes.

The Helisieve system incorporates fine screening, conveying, dewatering into one efficient system and eliminates the need for ancillary equipment.

HyFlo continuous belt channel screen two-stage screening: coarse filtration on the forward face and fine screening on the recessed face. It can be customized to channel size and drop-off height.

The Hycor Rotoscreen step screen is a high capacity fine screen. It uses pre-coat formation to capture particles finer than the nominal screen size. The Monoscreen model has contoured steps for greater solids separation.

Pictured above is the Hycor HyFlo Screen, providing two-stage coarse and fine screening.
