MPI’s Neo Plate Magnets are designed for use in gravity-fed angled and vertical chutes. The single, double or triple step face designs along with the increased power of the Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnet material minimize product stream wash-off of tramp metal in below-the-flow installations.

The magnetic face consists of two 430 series stainless steel poles, that are spaced either to effectively increase holding values on a Holding Plate Magnet or to achieve maximum reach out values for the Reach out Plate Magnet. MPI’s Neo Plate Magnets are easily installed and the hinged mounting design allows quick and easy cleaning of the magnetic surface. The strong magnetic field is effective in product streams up to 6”.
