The basic design consists of an aluminum profile to which different pump housings with different performance are mounted. It is thereby possible to design different pump models adapted to the vacuum level for desired performance. It is now possible to create vacuum pumps for large amounts of vacuum flow with the L-Series up to 106 scfm, medium vacuum levels with the M-Series to 27 –inHg or deeper vacuum levels with the H-series to 5 mbar absolute. The pumps are small, compact and easily installed. They mount close to the suction point thus avoiding troublesome pipe systems. Their weight varies from 7-12 lb. that compares with corresponding mechanical pumps weighing from 30-50 lb.

Applications for the MP Classic include on production lines for assembly and packaging where there is a need for large vacuum flow. Other vacuum include applications such as holding, vacuum forming and volume evacuation in various processes.
