New long-life suction cups from PIAB
PIAB's range of suction cups is among the widest in the market and covers most applications. There are suction cups intended for round, angled or curved surfaces. Others are made for rough or uneven surfaces. Our complete line of over 300 types of cups are available in diameters from 0.102 inches to 13.7 inches. The cups are available in eight different materials. Among the materials are Chloroprene which is suited for most general applications, Nitrile/Plastic is available in the larger cup diameters and can be used in applications where oils or lubricants are present, FDA-approved Silicone is available for high temperature applications and for direct contact with food products and TPU is a plastic material that does not leave a mark on the handled product.
In addition, the suction cups feature many accessories including optional threaded fittings in five different sizes per cup. Also available are angle adapters for limited clearance, ball joints for increased lateral movement, level compensators for vertical compensation and valve cups for fast response. PIAB suction cups are used in almost every area of manufacturing and are suited for applications in food, medical, packaging, pharmaceutical, robotics and most industrial, process and commercial vacuum applications.
