Charles Ross and Son Company offers a new InLine Mixer Emulsifier which has the capability of assisting in the wetting of difficult to wet solids or minor liquids, all on a continuous basis.

This new design draws in liquid and solids into the inlet connection, exposes the mixture to mechanical and hydraulic shear at the rotor-stator interface, and then expels the product through the outlet connection. The unit takes advantage of a strong vacuum force that occurs behind the rotor-stator. Powder hoppers or flexible tubes and wands can be used to feed the materials to the high shear zone.

Many models are available to permit a client to select the exact machine for his particular process needs. Show is a Sanitary Model ME-405SB-I which is mounted on a portable stainless steel cart, The Mixer Emulsifier is built with sanitary fittings to permit complete and easy draining between batches.
