Recognized by Industry organizations, persons completing IFS: Sanitation Operator Training receive a lead instructor sanitation operator training certificate. A Sanitation Operator Training lead instructor oversees implementation of proper cleaning and sanitizing in a food manufacturing facillity to ensure safe food production. After this Course, the participant will be able to teach operators and fellow practitioners the proper methods of cleaning and sanitizing of food manufacturing production lines, equipment, or facilities for safe food production.
