Chicken bite manufacturing challenges include the detection of small contaminants such as impregnated wire, other metals, glass or stone as well as the detection of calcified bone contaminants in the harsh environments of poultry plants.

Built for harsh environments such as poultry plants, the EagleTM Pack 400 HC is the optimal solution for chicken bite and nugget manufacturers. Designed to inspect packaged foods, such as bags of uncooked chicken nugget or bites, the Pack 400 HC is able to inspect at speeds up to 203 FPM (62 MPM) with an IP69 rating.
