Series 3000 Automatic Case Packer

Zepf's new Series 3000 Automatic Case Packer is a very compact, flexible, cost-efficient, fully automatic packer with a speed range of up to 20 cases or trays per minute. The 3 station, single level Series 3000 can produce three types of packages including trays, preglued end-load cases, and wraparound cases. This versatile machine, fabricated from welded stainless steel with standard wash-down components, is specifically designed for applications in the food, dairy, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries.

The technologically advanced case packer is PLC controlled with touchscreen operation and modem communication for on-line troubleshooting and/or operational modification capabilities. With custom designed infeed systems, pick and place options, and servo motors and/or VFD motor controls the Series 3000 offers a quick, no-tool changeover with minimal change parts required.
