PWMV Pallet Washer

Systemate Numafa NA is constantly striving to improve and this determination has led to a redesign of the Pallet Washer PWMV, which has improved the ergonomics of the washing system.

The Pallet Washer PWMV, which cleans both plastic and wooden pallets, allows pallets to be loaded upright at floor-level, making the machine easier to use and allowing it to meet all ergonomic standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The upright position also allows for better cleaning results and less water usage.

The Pallet Washer, part of Systemate Numafa's line of cleaning equipment targeted at the food industry, helps plants combat problems associated with cross contamination and was designed with the hygienic needs of the food industry in mind. Systemate Numafa's washer meets the guidelines set by the Food and Drug Administration's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) final rule.

The machine is usually designed as a stand-alone unit, but it can be constructed to fit within a line. Most plants use Pallet Washers in their dock areas and can have the machines fitted with a pallet stacker/de-stacker to further improve ergonomic and productivity issues.
