In summer 2012, Food Safety Working Group of International Commission of Agricultural Engineering (CIGR) collected the opinions of food professionals to evaluate the role that novel food processing technologies and innovations can play to address global food safety issues and challenges. In this article, the survey responses of food experts from different parts of the world will be discussed.
