The new, affordably priced series of Heavy Duty Feeders offer the same quality and dependability expected from all Eriez' products, but now surpass previous feeding capabilities by up to 20 percent.
All Eriez' Heavy Duty Vibratory Feeders are equipped with Hi-Vi Electro-Permanent Magnetic Drives that require no normal maintenance and consume minimal power. Their rugged and efficient drives provide superb stability, control and accuracy during feeding operations.
Heavy Duty Feeders from Eriez are designed for easy installation and operation. They are simply wired into AC lines; no rectifier is required.
Compact variable solid-state type controls regulate feeder speed by varying applied voltage. Control is stepless from 0 to 100 percent of capacity, with excellent linearity, and can be provided for automated operation.
The coil and magnet in Eriez' drive unit are encapsulated in epoxy, eliminating coil movement and thus extending trouble–free coil life.
The drive element in these innovative feeders is dust and moisture resistant, making external cleaning easier. Special enclosures are available for dusty locations.
Standard units operate at temperatures up to 135 degrees Fahrenheit (57 degrees Celsius). High temperature units are available for temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius). Custom design models, trays and hoppers are also offered.
