Jill: Let’s move on to Melanie. In regards to recordkeeping, what are the new requirements and what’s the best way to approach it?

Melanie: Wow! That is the million dollar question. Jill, I will start by saying if there is going to be one area of these new rules that is going to trip a good company off, it’s going to be recordkeeping and documentation, so I’ll start there.
