Vinosart BE is ideal for the filtration of beverages. The pleated membrane filter cartridges are available in 0.45 µm or 0.65 µm pore sizes with two hydrophilic heterogeneous asymmetric cellulose acetate membranes inside. Each layer of membrane has a different absolute rated pore size to provide superior cold sterilization and final filtration of your product prior to bottling.

Vinosart BE is ideal for the filtration of beverages. - Low adsorption of ingredients such as natural colorants and proteins
- High microbial retentiveness – Testing is performed with a challenge level of 107 CFU/cm2 (0.65 µm is challenged using Saccharomyces cerevisiae and 0.45 µm is challenged using Serratia marcescens)
