PTI offers inspection technologies for both seal integrity and package integrity testing for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food packaging industries. Non-destructive and non-invasive, PTI systems can be applied to both offline and online applications.
VeriPac
VeriPac systems test the quality and integrity of the entire package, detecting the presence of leaks and defects anywhere within the package. VeriPac systems can be used for flexible, semi-rigid and rigid packaging made of both porous and non-porous materials. VeriPac systems utilize an ASTM approved vacuum decay leak test method recognized by the FDA as a standard for package integrity testing.

Seal-Scan™
Seal-Scan™ inspection systems test the seal integrity of pouches and flexible packaging. Seal-Scan™ works with all materials and offers the unique ability to evaluate and analyze seal quality, pinpointing invisible seal defects that affect product quality, value and shelf-life.
