The Sartocool PS filter cartridge is specially designed for the sterile filtration of beer. It is designed to meet the requirements of the brewing industry.
Sartocool PS filters are characterized by a unique hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) membrane offering a broad chemical compatibility, exceptionally high flow rates and robust microbiological safety
Features:
- Optimized membrane geometry for excellent throughputs
- Chemically resistant within 1-14 pH range, therefore cartridges can be regenerated using caustic soda/acids.
- Validated for multiple (50) cleaning cycles.
- Microbiological Stability –The retention rate is > 107 bacteria/cm2 (validated using Lactobacillus lindneri)
