Optifeed
For Atmospheric Feeding and Wetting Out
When vacuum is not desired, Optifeed provides the most efficient, highest productivity and lowest maintenance method of feeding and rapidly dissolving dry ingredients and powders into liquids. Designed for atmospheric conditions, the Optifeed includes the following components:
1. A sanitary powder eductor to convey dry materials to the mix tank.
2. A Rotosolver disperser or Rotostat emulsifier utilizing Optishear technology for the ideal combination of shear rate, tank circulation/turnover and particle size reduction.
3. A complete mix station consisting of an atmospheric 12 gauge 316 stainless steel tank (with full jacket option), and optional control panel, recirculation pump and instrumentation.
The Optifeed Liqui-Processor replaces conventional bottom entry, high maintenance, high horsepower processing systems. The Optifeed features simplicity, high sanitation and superb processing capability... all within a pre-engineered, very competitive package.
