Schugi Flex-O-Mix Mixer/Agglomerator
The continuous turbulent flow instant mixer for homogenous mixing, coating, or agglomeration of fine powders aids in dust control and reduces segregation.

Extrud-O-Mix Mixer/Extruder (shown above)
The medium pressure mixing extruder is good at mixing liquids with powders and simultaneously extruding and forming; it is particularly adept at handling high viscosity materials.

Turbulizer Mixer/Dryer
The mixer/dryer produces homogenous, lump-free dispersions. An optional jackets provide means for heating or cooling to control reactions in short residence applications. Excellent coating of fine powders is also achieved.

Ribbon Blenders
Single rotor ribbon blenders used primarily to homogenize dry products with or without liquids or gases, the pressure and non-pressure vessel designs with optional jackets are for applying heating or cooling reactions.
