Both the VeriVide D65(6500K)lamp and the D50(5000K) lamp meets or exceeds standards and specifications for visual color evaluation including ASTM D1729, SAE J 361, AATCC Procedure Number 9, BS-950, AS-4004 DIN, JIS, ISO 3664. For most applications where there is a need to maintain color consistency and quality, D65 lamps should be specified. Wherever viewing conditions for the Graphic technology and Photography industries are to be undertaken, D50 lamps should be used.
