Driven by advanced software, the horizontal flow wrapper uses servomotors, integrated with proprietary infeed systems, to deliver a packaging system that is flexible, reliable and easy to maintain.
The unit is ideal for bakeries, confectioners, snack food, and other prepared food manufacturers who use horizontal flow wrapping.
The modular design of the Delta wrapper allows wrapping of up to 1000 packages per minute and facilitates easy upgrades. Quick product changeover with touch-screen software means efficient changeover from memorized product settings. A no-product no-wrap feature is coordinated by software linkages between twin electronic eyes and the film-dispensing unit. Maintenance required to keep the wrapper in top operating condition is significantly reduced through use of servomotors throughout.
