Topack Systems are high speed horizontal form-fill-seal for pouches and vertical form-fill-seal for pyramid packs. Topack systems form, fill and seal the packaging as well as measure the fill volume of product. High-Speed Three-Side-Seal Pouch Packaging Machine - R-Series
R-Series three-side-seal pouch forming, filling and packaging machine measures the volume of product such as powder, granular and solid materials, and then produces pouches from printed film on a roll, using a heat sealing system, fills the pouches, seals them, and cuts them - all in a continuous operation.
The rotary system, which performs the pouch forming, filling and sealing operations in a horizontal direction, can provide a long filling time, and ensures clean sealing results. It also allows a long sealing time to minimize pinhole generation.
Equipped with servo motor system and touch panel for central control.
Pyramid-Shape Pouch Packaging Machine - T-Series
T-Series pyramid-shape pouch forming, filling and packaging machine measures the volume of products such as powder, granular and solid material such as peanuts, raisins, chocolates, beans and then produces pouches from printed film on a roll according to the print pitch using a heat sealing system, fills the pouches, seals them, and cuts them all in a continuous operation.
Reliable print registration pitch control in film feeding by servo-controlled vertical sealing bar.
Easy conversion to standard pillow sealing pouch by simply changing horizontal sealer position.
