Rotosolver High Shear Disperser is one of the first mixers to receive 3A approval under Sanitary Standards for High Shear Mixers, #73-00. The disperser features include no wearing of parts in the product zone, single shaft, obstruction-free design, all stainless construction including motor drive, clean-in-place capability and a quick disconnect mixing head. Benefits of the disperser includes superior vortex and tank circulation, elimination of "fish-eyes" and agglomerated solids, faster mix times resulting in greater production capability and no more wasted materials. Other benefits are a faster reduction in droplet and particle size, low maintenance and downtime and excellent dispersion, hydration and dissolution of tough to mix ingredients.
