Dual-agitated tanks are efficient for high viscosity products requiring rapid mixing and uniform heating and/or cooling all in one design. Available with dome top or bridge with cover design, the tanks dissolve, disperse, mix, and blend to meet specific requirements.
Features:
- Type 316L stainless steel product contact surface
- 150 grit interior finish with welds polished to 150 grit
- 2 in.-fiberglass insulation on sidewall and bottom head
- Protective thurmalox coating on liner exterior
- Type 304 stainless steel outer jacket
- Dome style top head with 18-in.-dia. hinged and gasketed manhole cover
- Option for center bridge with hinged covers
- 2-in. tri-clamp inlet connection in top head
- T-ball type CIP assembly in top head
- Atmospheric screened type vent assembly in top head
- Projectile type thermometer well in lower sidewall
- Bottom and side scrape agitator with offset 4-blade axial turbine assembly
- Multi-zone dimpled and baffled heat transfer surface
- Option for ASME stamp
- Stainless steel legs with adjustable, sanitary type ball feet
