International Paper's Fuji aseptic system features the MA-60 and LA-60 web-fed fillers. The MA-60 permits rapid size changeover of two pre-selected package sizes. Mechanical conversion to an alternate size can be accomplished within 30 minutes, permitting package sizes previously requiring separate and size-dedicated machine systems. Both filler models utilize HEPA super-filtrated air to maintain product safety and quality while reducing operating and utility costs versus competitive systems.

Automatic seam tape splicing and jumbo material rolls permit continuous, uninterrupted production at packaging speeds up to 6,000 packages per hour. Other features include:

• Suitable for both low acid and high acid products, this system can safely package products ranging from milk and dairy to juice and drinks. Heated hydrogen peroxide combined with a HEPA filtered sterile air fill chamber assure safety and product quality.
• Size Flexibility - On MA-60 fillers, two pre-selected package sizes can be filled on the same filler and secondary downstream equipment, sourced through International Paper, which has been engineered to permit adjustability for multiple package sizes.
• The aseptic package can be printed in up to six colors utilizing high-impact rotogravure process illustrations to create designs of outstanding consumer appeal.
