The filler's controls are easy to use. Dispensed volume set points are easily adjusted with a simple control setting. Filling speeds can be varied to within a fill cycle to allow for optimum speed, accuracy, and control, and the filler does not recirculate the product between fill cycles.
The modular filler is extremely versatile, being able to use a wide range of pumps including gear pumps and lobe pumps. System set-up has been simplified using the integrated touch screen operator interface contained within the company's advanced PLC control system designed to meet CE Mark Standards. All machine adjustments have been designed for rapid product changes. Quick product changeover is further facilitated by the PLC controller's ability to store multiple programs.
