It boasts a heat resistant handle and cable, shock resistant housing and is safe for food contact.
The measuring range of the thermometer is –40°F to 500°F (-40°C to 260°C) with an instrument and probe accuracy of +/-0.9°F (+/-0.5°C) over the entire range.
The warranty is two years on the instrument and two years on the probe.
