Polymer Seals

Advanced Productsre precisely machined sealing systems, custom-designed to meet specific applications. These high performance polymer seals offer control over contact pressure and springback. A high-grade internal spring insures positive sealing under low pressures and frigid conditions. In high-pressure environments the internal hydrostatic pressure of a contained fluid energizes the seal, making it leak proof. Pressure supplements the spring force, which in turn increases contact pressure, creating the perfect seal.

Overcoming the limitations of the common rubber O-ring, these seals are found in valves, pumps, special machinery and equipment, in precision laboratory devices and food processing equipment.
