The mixing paddle scraper features a lightweight design with a modified T-grip, and meets FDA requirements. The one-piece polypropylene construction eliminates gaps that can attract bacteria. The paddle shape and tapered edges allow the scraper to mix product and scrape tubs and vats without damaging the work surface. It is available with or without holes, in two lengths, and five colors.
