Dave Detweiler, VP of Sales, SafetyChain Software: Hi, everybody, and welcome to FSMA Fridays. Thanks for joining us and taking some time from your day: I appreciate everyone joining today. Our topic today is the final rule for food defense, and that’s what we’re going to be discussing here in our half-hour session. I’m your host today, Dave Detweiler, the VP of Sales from SafetyChain.

We do have some questions submitted that we’re going to walk through today, in regard to this. But, obviously you’ll have the opportunity to submit some questions as we go through the discussion today. We’ll field some of those questions at the end of the call. The agenda for today, we’re going to walk through a couple pre-submitted questions on today’s topic and we’ll talk briefly about how the Acheson Group and SafetyChain might help, and then we’ll also go through the audience Q&A as we get started.
