The model C100 air loader provides an efficient solution for loading of granular and regrind materials at rates of up to 300 kg/hr (660 lb/hr). A capacitive level sensor is located in the lower cone of the hopper and initiates operation with 6 alternative loading times. A fail-safe 95 dB alarm sounds if no material enters the hopper in the first loading period.
The C100 is supplied with a unique design of venturi pick-up wand that ensures economical use of compressed air and can be easily dismantled for cleaning if required.
Material is discharged into the hopper through a powder coated, cast aluminum cyclone. Transfer air is exhausted through a Polymax rigid plastic dust filter which can be quickly removed for cleaning with an airline or water jet. The control unit is remotely mounted for operator convenience and features power on and loading indication lights plus internal diagnostic fault indication LEDs. A solenoid valve, auto-drain filter and connection nozzle are fitted to the back of the control unit.
The C400 model electric hopper loader provides an economic solution for loading of granular materials at rates of up to 300kg/hr (660 lb/hr). Manufactured in stainless steel, the C400 includes a programmed audible alarm system to switch off the motor if no material is available after 4 minutes.
The lightweight motor pod unplugs from the control unit and lifts off for easy access to the Polymax rigid plastic dust filter which can be quickly removed for cleaning with an airline or water jet.
