Vibrating ultrasonic knives assure straight, clean cuts that result in uniform product size, shape and density. Nuts, raisins and other hard fruit are cut cleanly without plowing or displacement. Brittle and crumbly products cut with minimum waste.

Reciprocating blades vibrating at ultrasonic frequency slice through food products with almost no product build up and at typically higher speeds than conventional blades. Faster cutting means higher production rates and the elimination of bottlenecks at the cutting station.

Production costs and downtime for cleanup are minimized because blades stay cleaner longer. Ultrasonic cutting blades are made of titanium, an inert material that will not contaminate food products.

This ultrasonic food processing equipment is adaptable to existing machinery, directly replacing the conventional knife mechanism. It can also be designed for and integrated into new installations.
