Tri-Clover Inc.ding to industry demands for high purity standards and exact specification of polymer and non-polymer materials and components, Tri-Clover offers fully traceable FDA diaphragms, including qualitative and quantitative identification of extractables. The feature applies to all Saunders sanitary diaphragm valves. Total in-house control of the manufacturing process makes this feature possible. The traceability program also enables Tri-Clover to supply physical properties for any diaphragm. By receiving a profile of a polymer's physical properties, processors can be assured that product will perform to specifications.
The traceability feature also applies to Tri-Clover CL pumps. Upon request, customers will receive certificates detailing the properties of each 316L stainless steel wetted part, including the casing, impeller, impeller nut, cover and casing drain, and silicon carbide rotating and stationary seal faces. Type of material, heat number and chemical properties are identified. Other measures taken by the company include heat traceable markings on Tri-Clover's Bio-Pharm fittings as well as material test reports provided, upon request, on all tubing, Tri-Weld and Tri-Clamp Bio-Pharm fittings.
