Series 4000 Automatic Case Packer
Zepf, Inc. will demonstrate the latest in case packing and shrink bundling technology at the Pack Expo 2000 show to be held November 5-9, 2000, in Chicago (booths 400 and 713) with its Series 4000 Case Packer and SA-27 Shrink Bundler.
The Series 4000 Automatic Case Packer is a very compact, flexible, cost-efficient, fully automatic packer with a speed range of up to 20 cases or trays per minute. The three station, single level Series 4000 can produce three types of packages including trays, preglued end-load cases, and wraparound cases. This versatile machine, fabricated from welded stainless steel with standard wash-down components, is specifically designed for applications in the food, dairy, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries.
Zepf's SA-27 Shrink Bundler is a high-speed, dual-lane shrink bundler that meets all of the pharmaceutical industry's stringent regulations, plus offers a wide range of attractive features including an innovative servo-driven diverter, a servo-controlled elevating degrouping mechanism to eliminate container handling problems, plus no-tool changeover. In addition, the SA-27 has the capability to handle a continuous flow of 300 bottles per minute, running full or empty bottles with double outserts, and maintaining bottle orientation at all times.
