The DynaShear Sanitary In-Line High Shear Mixer will blend, dissolve, disperse and emulsify both miscible and immiscible fluids. It is the first in-line mixer featuring a dual stage, tandem head design combining the benefits of both axial and radial rotor-stator technology...creating excellent shear and flow.

A single pass through the mixerr provides product quality typical of multiple passes within conventional mixers. The result is a processing unit with droplet and particle size reduction capability of 2-3 microns or less while providing flow capacities that are substantially higher than existing in-line mixers and shear pumps.

The mixer is suitable for food and beverage applications -- salad dressings, condiments, jams and jellies, beverage concentrates, confections, processed cheese, ice cream, margarine, milk powder, tomato paste and more. It is also appropriate for pharmaceutical & cosmetic applications -- coatings, ointments, creams, gels, hair dyes, shampoos, toothpaste, sunscreens, syrups, antibiotics, zinc oxide, aluminum hydroxide, barium sulfate and more.
