By utilizing Merrick's exclusive SQUARE (Signal QUAlity REtention) circuitry, the controller can be located anywhere up to 2,000 feet (610m) away from the feeder, without signal amplification or conditioning. This allows greater flexibility in plant design and layout.

MC² 1000, used primarily as an accounting device for belt weighing applications, totalizes the amount of material delivered to the process.

MC² 1600, similar to the MC² 1000, but with the capacity to be certified for legal trade, and can be used in batching scale applications. This controller is used for all NTEP installations.

MC² 9400, Remote Bezel, is a portable hand held device that can be used for remote, field calibration and control of a scale up to 3,000 feet from the host MC² controller.
