In Pursuit Of Purity: New Insight pH Pharmaceutical Metal Detector

LOCK Inspection Systems, will be showcasing its new INSIGHT PH pharmaceutical metal detector at this year's Interphex show in New York.
In 2009 Lock took the unusual step of offering a preview of the INSIGHT PH at a number of flagship trade events to give the industry an opportunity to critique the product before its formal launch. The system was received with great excitement around the world – and in the meantime, Lock has listened to the feedback it has received and made some further improvements to an already impressive machine.
As previously seen, LOCK continues to blaze the trail for easy systems integration, and the INSIGHT is offered with advanced plug and play architecture featuring an array of new communications options – USB, SCADA, WIRELESS and STANDARD ETHERNET - designed to meet the requirements of both systems integrator and end user to equal degree.
The INSIGHT PH system occupies the smallest machine footprint in its class, now featuring a newly designed, incredibly compact Integrated Digital Head with advanced OPTIX detector management software. A higher level of sensitivity to all types of metal comes as standard along with improved stability to vibration and complex product signals
Each machine will be delivered with an all new, user friendly HMI. Insight's keypad as standard incorporates DDS (Direct Digital Signal) viewer, a performance enhancement software that is only available with Lock detectors.
Experts from LOCK will be available on stand Stand 1873 to offer advice and answer questions on the INSIGHT PH and an INSIGHT PH pharmaceutical system will be on display
