IP69k, AMI Sanitary X-Ray Design Launched
March 31, 2009
Anritsu Sanitary Design X-Ray System
As food safety laws become more stringent and recalls more pronounced and costly, food processing equipment needs to not only perform but also be designed to prevent bacteria growth and allow for proper cleaning. The Anritsu x-ray technology (5000 installed) is proven to perform to levels not seen by our competitors and is now available to IP69k harsh washdown standards and designed to the AMI Sanitary Design guidelines to assist with the prevention of bacteria growth while protecting the food zones area of the equipment. Our design was developed in cooperation with several North America Food Companies and through the use of the published AMI Sanitary design guideline worksheet.
