Eriez® Opens 5-Star Service Center For Equipment Upgrades And Service

Eriez' new 5-Star Service Center helps eliminate or reduce equipment downtime by ensuring that customers' magnetic, vibratory and inspection processing equipment is quickly back in operation and functioning at peak performance.

"Our dedicated and experienced team of professionals is available 24/7 to evaluate your equipment service requirements and determine the best course of action to get your equipment up and running," said Dave Hansen, Eriez® Aftermarket Group Manager.

The Eriez 5-Star Service Center, located in Lake City, Pa., is staffed with trained service technicians to expertly handle even the toughest service projects.

"Our team is ready to do whatever it takes to address customers' issues and limit costly equipment downtime," said Jim Lasko, Eriez 5-Star Service Center Manager. "We utilize original OEM parts, remanufacture equipment to original specifications and offer ‘as new' warranties," he added.

Eriez also has service technicians available for in-house repairs and routine maintenance checks. "We understand that sending the equipment to our 5-Star Service Center is not always a viable option, so Eriez will come to you, even on short notice" said Hansen.

Eriez stores several years of equipment records to help expedite service. Eriez' 5-Star Service also offers customers Instruction and Operation Manuals (IOMs), parts lists and step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
