Eriez' SE7000 series Suspended Electromagnets feature precision wound electromagnetic assemblies built with limited wiring crossovers, non-metallic fiberglass spacers, Nomex® insulation and glastic material in the coil to ensure long-term, trouble-free performance. The interior of the magnet's steel plate housing is sandblasted and sealed eliminating scale that may contaminate the oil coolant leading to possible shorts. All Eriez SE's incorporate an exclusive oil expansion tank to prevent condensation and protect against hot spots thus extending coil life.
