A new discharging and batching system is now available
Used with PIAB's range of compressed air powered vacuum conveyors, the Dosimat Discharging & Batching System has a well established and successful history throughout the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industry. The Dosimat™ utilizes a patented hygiene cover over a rotating agitator blade to provide consistent and reliable flow of product. The feeder itself is pneumatically operated, providing a completely safe and highly accurate means of batching powders.
The feeder can be attached to hoppers, bag dump station, bulk bag unloaders, vacuum conveyors, and many other types of process equipment. The Dosimat Discharging & Batching System can be used in both loss-in-weight and gain-in-weight systems and is inherently vacuum tolerant. It is also fully suitable for CIP.
