Flexaust Flx-Thane SD Hose has a smooth interior for efficient material flow, features a surface resistance of 108-1010 Ohms/sq. to prevent static charges from building up, and has a bronze coated spring steel wire helix that drains charges to ground. Suitable for light bulk material transfer applications where dust could pose an explosion hazard, this clear hose is manufactured from FDA acceptable materials and has a .030" thick wall.
Compounded from static dissipative materials throughout, Flexaust Flx-Thane SD Hose operates over a -65°F to 225°F range and comes in 2" to 12" I.D. sizes in 25' and 50' lengths (black optional). Applications include clean rooms, food-, chemical- and plastics processing, powder and bulk materials transfer, dust collection, and fume extraction.
