OCS Checkweighers provides high-end and flexible checkweighing solutions with exceptional precision operating at speeds of up to 640 ppm. Now, OCS has developed the NEW GENERATION checkweigher EC-ESSENTIAL: An economic checkweigher that meets your basic needs.

EC-E in short, is designed for standard market level requirements at a throughput of up to 150 ppm. Many of OCS' high-quality standard components as servo drives and patented conveyor technology are included in the EC-E.

The new industrial PC perfectly controls the connected drives and guarantees an optimized product handling. EC-E comes with an easy to use 8" color touch screen and line synchronization is standard.

The system is available in three different weighing ranges helping to support flexibility for different conveyor size requirements.

Incorrect weights are rejected by an standard air-blast device. Alternative rejection devices can be specified as additional options.

Production data is captured and transmitted by several interfaces or simply saved to a USB stick at the machine.

The EC-ESSENTIAL should prove to be easy to operate, easy to maintain and quick to pay for itself.
