KOCH MEMBRANE
SYSTEMS
SR® FAMILY OF SPIRAL MEMBRANES
FOR DAIRY APPLICATIONS Koch Membrane Systems, Inc. (KMS), SR® family of nanofiltration spiral elements for dairy applications significantly lowers operating costs for a wide variety of selective rejection dairy applications, including de-ashing and separation of carbohydrates and
proteins.
Ideally suited for whey pre-concentration, salt whey diafiltration, and lactose demineralization, SR elements from KMS utilize a proprietary polyamide thin-film composite membrane. These spiral- wound elements are a cost-effective solution for dairy and other food processing applications where the feed stream is of low solids density and minimal floor space is
available.
SR elements soften incoming water and retain divalent salts, proteins, and sugars, while allowing monovalent salts to pass through the membrane. SR dairy elements comply with USDA 3-A standards and FDA regulations (CFR Title 21). The SR family of membranes for dairy applications is available in 40-inch long elements which are either 4 inches or 8 inches in diameter.

PEST MANAGEMENT

PROCESSING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
|

With over 15 years of international use, the easy-to-use U-Trap-It* Pest Management System provides a very efficient method to collect information and easily manage an industrial pest plan with pest environment intelligence. The system tracks, analyzes, and reports on all services including monitoring of all types of devices. It also tracks issues which may affect pest control, such as sanitation and maintenance. The U-Trap-It System takes IPM to the next level. That level is integrated pest prevention (IPP), which means stopping pests before they gain access. It is no longer an acceptable practice to see if pests get in. IPP is the required operating standard. IPP requires a higher level of pest environment intelligence, which is what the U-Trap-It System uniquely
offers.
Features:
Complete pest environment intelligence system
Auditing compliance and trending
Pesticide tracking
Facility assessments
Track factors affecting pest control efforts
Alerts and corrective actions
Centralized management system for all plants
